The IBA has reserved accommodation at the different category hotels ranging from 5 - 3 star grading. Please visit the hotel websites for further information. All hotels are within reasonable walking distance of the three conference venues.
The accommodation rates stated are per room per night include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 12.5% but exclude breakfast unless otherwise indicated.

Should you wish to make a reservation please complete section A of the Hotel Accommodation, Tours and Excursions registration form and return it to:

Reservations for all accommodation, tours and excursions can also be made on-line at www.cmsl.co.nz/iba2004.
On-line booking allows instant: availibility checks, confirmation response and edits to bookings.
A credit card number or bank draft drawn in New Zealand dollars equivalent to one night's accommodation is required to guarantee your reservation. All major cards are accepted. Your room account must be paid in full to the hotel upon departure.
You are advised to return the hotel accommodation form as early as possible, indicating a first and second choice. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis and you will receive written confirmation of your reservation from Convention Management Services Limited. Any reservations made after 24 September will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the published rates.
Amendment/cancellation
Please inform Convention Management Services Limited of any amendments or cancellations, in writing by fax or e-mail. We cannot accept amendments by telephone. For reservations cancelled within 30 days of the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of one night's room rate plus tax may be charged. No-shows will be charged one night's room rate plus tax.
