The Conference has been accredited for 20 hours of CPD/CLE by the Law Society of England and Wales, the New York State Bar and the State Bar of California.
For delegates from other countries where CPD/CLE is mandatory, the IBA will be pleased to provide a Certificate of Attendance for this Conference. Subject to your Bar Association/Law Society, the Certificate may be used to obtain the equivalent accreditation in your jurisdiction. Certificates will be issued to all delegates upon registration and can be authenticated by staff at the Registration Desk.
Since 1988, the IBA's Section on Business Law has provided a fund from which scholarships may be awarded to young lawyers, normally from the region in which the Conference is being held, but are unable to do so owing to financial constraints.
