The IBA has reserved accommodation at 16 different category hotels ranging from 5 star grading to 3 star grading. The selection of hotels varies from city centre hotels conveniently located near the ICC to safari lodges set in the beautiful surrounding countryside.
PLEASE NOTE: Further details and accommodation booking forms are included within the preliminary programme. Bookings can only be made when registering for the Conference.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
The IBA has reserved accommodation at different category hotels ranging from 5 star grading to 3 star grading. The distance from the ICC (Conference Venue) is included in the hotel descriptions. Please visit the websites before selecting your hotel.
Booking procedure
It is advisable to reserve rooms as early as possible by completing the Hotel Accommodation, Tours and Excursions Form and returning it to Congress International's office, either by e-mail or fax. Please do not mail your Form. Queries relating to accommodation must be received in writing preferably by e-mail, alternatively by fax.
Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Deposits, payments and cancellations
Deposits
Deposits can be made either by credit card or bank transfer. Cheques and money orders will not be accepted. A deposit equal to the first night's accommodation is required to secure your reservation if paying by bank transfer. The deposit is required no later than 1 September - after this date reservations which have not been secured either by a credit card number or bank transfer will automatically be released and rooms booked after this date will be subject to availability.
Credit Card payment
If paying by credit card provide the number on the Hotel Accommodation Tours and Excursions Form; no deposit will be charged in advance but the card will be used to guarantee your reservation. Should a delegate not take up their accommodation, the hotel will use the credit card number to deduct the first night's accommodation.
Bank Transfer payment
If paying by bank transfer, a deposit equal to the first night's accommodation is required. Once the reservation has been confirmed send the deposit to VA Eslick cc trading as Congress International, Nedbank, Commercial Branch, Durban, Branch code 164826, account 1648 053491 and ensure that a copy of the transfer which must include your full name is sent to the Congress International Office (fax: +27 (31) 303 5875).
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received by Congress International in writing by e-mail or fax.
Cancellations received 14-7 days prior to the Conference will result in a 50% cancellation charge of the deposit.
Cancellations received 7 days prior to the Conference will result in a 100% cancellation charge of the deposit.
Rates
Rates quoted under each hotel description exclude a Tourism levy of 1% but include Value Added Tax at 14%.
