The IBA has reserved accommodation at different category hotels ranging from 5-star to 2-star grading.
All hotels are within walking distance of the San Francisco Marriott (Conference venue).

Booking procedure
To make a reservation either:

or
- complete the hotel accommodation form and return it by mail or fax to:
A credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation. The card will not be debited prior to your departure from the hotel, at which time your room account must be paid in full to the hotel. All major cards are accepted.
You are advised to return the hotel accommodation form as early as possible, indicating a first and second choice. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis and you will receive written confirmation from JLC within 10 days. The final date for receipt of bookings by JLC is 5 September. After this date please make your reservation direct with the hotel, mentioning that you will be attending the IBA Conference.
Hotel rates
The IBA has negotiated discounted rates
at all of the hotels listed during the
Conference period. The rates are per
room, per night plus tax of 14%,
exclusive of breakfast; and are guaranteed
for bookings made prior to 11 August.
After this date, bookings will be made on
an availability basis and are subject to rate
changes.
Amendment/cancellation
Please inform JLC, in writing by fax or
email. We cannot accept any
amendments by telephone. For
reservations cancelled within 72 hours
of the date of arrival or a no-show, a
cancellation fee of one night's room rate
plus tax will be charged to your credit
card.
Special needs
